Figuring out some of the styles of dress in my story, using a new character I haven't shown before, Tenya. Some heavy influence from ancient Rome and Greece, obviously. As I said before, the amount of fabric and dye involved in your clothing is an indicator of your status in this world. Clearly, she is particularly well off. And likes green.

Going to try and work on setting/scenery concepts soon. Which I am not good at, so this should be interesting.

Nice drawing, the 3 poses make a pretty balance and simplification of shapes gives an antic mood. The use of greens is interesting too, unusual. By looking at your picture i wonder if people could really dress with such colors in that period. I'm not sure, but i think i've heard that green has been a really instable pigment for a long period (as long it was made with organic stuff). Nevermind, great job !

Hah, thanks so much for the lovely compliments and observations. I highly doubt the colors would be historically accurate, though the concept is from a story I'm working on set in a fictional world, so I'm pulling the artistic license card, hah.
